Breeze Airways is launching six new nonstop Breeze Vero Beach flights this week and next, with one-way fares starting at $74. The first departure, to Trenton, New Jersey, took off on Wednesday, September 30, according to TCPalm, part of the USA Today network. Nonstops to Baltimore, Maryland, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, begin Thursday, October 1, with service to Atlantic City, New Jersey, and Provo, Utah, starting Friday, October 2, and Burlington, Vermont, joining the map on Sunday, October 4.

The new routes, day by day

Every one of the new Breeze Vero Beach flights operates out of Vero Beach Regional Airport, and each destination gets two or three departures a week. Trenton runs on Wednesdays and Saturdays with an introductory one-way fare of seventy-four dollars. Baltimore and Pittsburgh each fly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays; Baltimore starts at eighty-nine dollars one way, while Pittsburgh matches Trenton's lowest fare. Atlantic City operates on Mondays and Fridays from one hundred four dollars. Tickets are on sale now through flybreeze.com and the Breeze Airways app, Treasure Coast Newspapers reported.

Trenton is the centerpiece of the New Jersey side of the map. Breeze's Garden State operation runs through Trenton-Mercer Airport, which gains the new nonstop to Vero Beach on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The same airport also anchors the carrier's one-stop BreezeThru service to Fort Lauderdale, where passengers stay on the same plane through the stop, and a nonstop to Fort Myers is on the calendar for next January, according to the Palm Beach Post.

Provo and Burlington round out the six new routes. The Provo flights give the Utah-based carrier a nonstop link between its home state and its growing Florida operation, while Burlington adds a New England option for Treasure Coast travelers heading north as fall settles in.

The Vero Beach push fits a wider pattern. Breeze has been adding Florida capacity all year, from the nearly two dozen new and returning routes announced this winter to the May international rollout and the July Atlantic City to Orlando addition. The strategy concentrates on secondary airports like Vero Beach Regional and Trenton-Mercer rather than the state's biggest hubs, a play that suits an ultra-low-cost model built on keeping airport costs low. For Treasure Coast residents, the payoff is simple: the new Breeze Vero Beach flights put six more cities within easy reach of home, at launch fares aimed squarely at budget-conscious travelers.

Part of a bigger Florida push

The Vero Beach launches are the latest step in a Florida build-up Breeze announced earlier this year, covering nearly two dozen new and returning routes across the state. The carrier added a nonstop between Atlantic City and Orlando in July, with additional Atlantic City service to Fort Myers and West Palm Beach arriving in October and December, respectively, according to the Palm Beach Post.

The expansion reaches beyond domestic hops. In May, the Utah-based airline announced seven new international routes, including Tampa to Cancun, Mexico, and Tampa to St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Trenton is getting extra attention too: Breeze already operates one-stop BreezeThru flights between Trenton and Fort Lauderdale on Thursdays and Sundays, on which passengers stay on the same plane through the stop, and a nonstop between Trenton and Fort Myers is scheduled to begin January 8, 2027, the Palm Beach Post reported.

For budget-minded travelers, the timing is friendly. Fall is shoulder season across much of Florida, and ultra-low-cost carriers like Breeze price the base seat cheaply while charging separately for bags, seat selection and snacks, so the final trip cost depends on how light you pack. Fare levels can also move quickly after a launch: ticket-booking data cited by the Palm Beach Post last week showed Vero Beach to Trenton fares from eighty-four dollars, while this week's announcement lists the seventy-four dollar introductory fare. Travelers eyeing the new Breeze Vero Beach flights should compare the full fare, bags included, before committing. More detail on the launch is available in TCPalm's report and in the Palm Beach Post's earlier coverage of the New Jersey expansion.
