If you believe material on GenZ NewZ infringes your copyright, submit a notice that includes:

• Your contact information, including email address and phone number.
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
• A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of material removed and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was an error.
• Your name, address, and phone number.
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and acceptance of service from the party who submitted the original notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, GenZ NewZ may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

We may update this policy to reflect legal, platform, or operational changes. Updates become effective when posted on this page.
