Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with:

• Identification of material removed and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was an error.
• Your name, address, and phone number.
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and acceptance of service from the party who submitted the original notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, GenZ NewZ may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
