Crypto trading venue Quote.Trade has launched Quote.Trade Pro, a new advanced trading tier that adds AI prompt trading and institutional-grade order types to its dark pool — with the pitch that your strategy never reaches the venue that executes it. The announcement was issued on October 22, 2026, from Las Vegas via GlobeNewswire.
Quote.Trade describes itself as an AI-native crypto dark pool decentralized exchange built for humans, bots, and AI agents to trade side by side. According to the company's announcement, the platform is backed by $4 million in funding raised earlier this year and currently processes 100,000 orders per second across more than 1,500 markets on Ethereum and other EVM-compatible networks.
Prompt a trade in plain language
The centerpiece of the Pro launch is AI prompt trading: traders describe what they want in everyday language and an embedded AI agent turns it into a proposed trading plan. Quote.Trade's agentic chart trading feature lets users work with the agent to add indicators to charts, explore signal ideas, and generate advanced orders from entry and exit conditions they state in words.
Crucially, the flow is review-and-approve: the prompt becomes a proposed plan that the trader checks before anything executes. Beyond prompt trading, the Pro tier brings limit orders, stop loss, trailing stops, OCO pairs, bracket orders, and trigger-based strategies directly to Telegram — so the entire advanced workflow lives inside a chat app many traders already use.
A dark pool that never sees your strategy
The design choice Quote.Trade is leaning on hardest is what it calls strategy-blind execution. Advanced orders are defined and managed outside the dark pool; when conditions are met, only a fill-or-kill execution request is sent to the venue. The dark pool never held the stop level, never saw the bracket, never knew the plan.
The company's co-founder and CEO, Chris Mack, framed the point as an information-privacy argument: on a conventional exchange, resting stop orders tell the venue exactly where traders plan to exit, and Quote.Trade's fill-or-kill-only model is designed to keep that information off the venue entirely. According to the announcement, the venue can demonstrate that it never had access to the strategy behind the orders it filled.
On the settlement side, the company points to non-custodial stablecoin settlement and publicly verifiable on-chain collateral, with collateral never rehypothecated. Traders see their all-in executable cost before committing, the company said.
AI agents trade with no restrictions
The launch lands in the middle of a busy build-out of financial infrastructure for autonomous agents. AI agents have been getting dedicated payment rails — Mastercard's Agent Pay program gave machines their own payment framework earlier this year — while many banks have stayed cautious about letting agents anywhere near customer funds.
Quote.Trade is taking the opposite posture on trading specifically: the company states that AI agents trade with no restrictions on its venue, side by side with human and bot traders. That makes the platform one of the few live venues explicitly designed for machine counterparties at institutional scale, alongside the broader infrastructure push — from Google's agent-dedicated compute to on-chain data networks built for agents.
A throughput claim aimed at new entrants
The crypto dark pool corner has been attracting institutional attention and a wave of new entrants, and Quote.Trade is drawing a sharp line between announced venues and live ones. According to the announcement, the platform runs 100,000 orders per second on infrastructure it describes as audited and trading today, compared with 20 orders per second published by what it calls the most prominent new entrants — which, the company argues, have yet to prove themselves in live markets.
The underlying infrastructure was rolled out across the v.6 launch cycle at Korea Blockchain Week and Token2049 Singapore, built around non-upgradeable smart contracts, aggregated liquidity, and what the company calls AI agent-native execution. Quote.Trade Pro is presented as the trading experience layer on top of that foundation.
Whether institutions and autonomous agents actually adopt a Telegram-native, prompt-driven workflow is the open question. But the direction is clear: the venues competing for machine order flow are betting that the next generation of trading interfaces looks less like an order book and more like a conversation.
