Olivia Rodrigo opens The Unraveled Tour at the PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford, Connecticut, on Friday, September 25, 2026, starting a 65-date run across North America, Europe, and the UK behind her third studio album, you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love, according to reporting by Finding Connecticut.

The tour begins with a two-night stand. Back-to-back performances that Friday and Saturday give Hartford the tour's opening weekend. It is Rodrigo's third major headlining tour and her second full arena run, and it follows her GUTS world tour, which played 95 sold-out shows. Live Nation is promoting the run.

Hartford hosts the opening weekend

Mercury Prize-winning British alt-rock band Wolf Alice opens both Hartford nights and stays on for the tour's entire first North American leg, which runs through October 30, SeatGeek reports. From Hartford, the itinerary moves through Pittsburgh, Washington, Charlotte, and Chicago before crossing the border for shows in Montreal and Toronto, with every stop in the early weeks playing two-night stands.

Devon Again joins the bill from the Philadelphia dates in November and continues through the rest of the North American run. The Last Dinner Party signs on for the January 2027 residencies, performing alongside Devon Again at multi-night stops in Los Angeles and Brooklyn. The North American leg closes with four shows at Brooklyn's Barclays Center on February 11, 12, 15, and 16, before the tour heads to Europe and the UK in spring 2027, with dates scheduled in London, Paris, Milan, and Barcelona.

The announcement landed on April 30, one day after fans circulated photos of Unraveled Tour billboards in Los Angeles and Rodrigo's website quietly swapped in new tour imagery. An American Express presale opened on May 5, and general on-sale followed on May 7 through the singer's official site. The rollout gave fans four months to learn the new album before opening night.

Silver Star tickets and Fund 4 Good

Rodrigo is carrying over a ticketing program from the GUTS tour. A limited number of twenty-dollar Silver Star Tickets will be released for each show at a later date, capped at two per order and sold in pairs, with seat locations revealed only on the day of the performance. The seats were built for fans who cannot pay resale prices, and the program drew attention when it returned for this run.

As on her past tours, a portion of ticket sales will benefit Rodrigo's Fund 4 Good, a global initiative supporting community-based nonprofits that champion girls' education, reproductive rights, and the prevention of gender-based violence. The fund's causes track closely with the generation that makes up her core audience, and its inclusion has become a standard feature of her tours.

The album behind the tour

The tour supports an album that arrived with a chart record. Lead single "drop dead," released on April 17, debuted at number one on the Billboard Hot 100, making Rodrigo the first artist in chart history whose lead singles from each of her studio albums to date — "drivers license," "vampire," and "drop dead" — all opened atop the chart, according to In Music Blog. The full album followed on June 12 of this year.

The three-time Grammy Award winner spent the summer in front of live crowds before the arena run began. She curated and headlined the inaugural Daisy Chain Fields festival in Irvine, performing alongside Stevie Nicks, Alanis Morissette, and Sarah McLachlan. The festival set served as a warm-up of sorts, putting the new material in front of a festival audience weeks before the arena production opens.

When the Unraveled Tour wraps its North American dates in Brooklyn in February, it will have run for nearly five months on the continent alone, with the European and UK leg still to come in spring 2027. For the fans arriving in Hartford this weekend, the numbers are less important than the songs. The setlist spans three albums of material that defined a generation of listeners' teenage years, and the arena tour gives Rodrigo her largest stage yet for performing it.
